Senior Analyst for small projects in Tyne and Wear

Own and execute small project activities with quality. Work with each module leader for guidance and to provide updates and or resolve issues.

1. GDPR compliance - Map data and reviewing status in control systems (training will be provided where required).
2. External Funding General and portfolio data.
a. cleanse and manipulate data (ensure consistency in data across projects and validating information).
b. Combining sets of data via Excel.
3. Retention clean up - review documentation for deletion on 0365 Share-point, anonymise non-essential information.

Additional Skills/Qualifications needed:

Self-motivated graduate with ability to work from home for majority of work week and travel to Longbenton 1 day per week COVID permitting.
Desirable - Stewardship, F&A and or Data management/statistics or technology experience.
Strong Leadership to own and work independently on tasks /milestones with guidance as and when required
Strong communication skills.
Ability to operate with discipline and at the correct level of detail to ensure quality.
Experience / good digital skills of 0365 Tools (Word, Excel, Share-point).
Excellent Excel Skills (Formula’s, VLookups, Tables, Pivots).
