Sales Support Administrator in Norfolk

Role:

Order processing, including invoicing of sales and purchases:
Raw materials
Office consumables

Scheduling of orders and logistics
Management of CRM function & Sales reports
Telephone sales support for the technical / sales team
Assist in Marketing activities
Including following up on web sales enquiries
Dealing with internal and external customers
General admin duties
Including filing, emails, phone calls, completing spreadsheets, reports etc

Skills Required:

Telephone sales experience- commercial / industrial sector
Qualified in European languages (Spanish, German etc) – desirable - not essential
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient in MS office package
Knowledge of CRM databases
Working knowledge of MS Navision Dynamics - Desirable
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under own initiative and work well as a team member
Energetic and highly motivated.
