Sales and Procurement Administrator in Staffordshire
Our client is an independent company that produces and refines a range of Organic Natural Oils for use as ingredients in the cosmetic, food and nutritional industries. Since 2007 the company has also developed and manufactured a range of organic cosmetics, toiletries and personal care products using a range of locally sourced organic oils and other natural ingredients. Due to continued strong performance, they are seeking a Sales and Procurement Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a key role within the business primarily working with the raw materials - organic oils and essential oils. You will be responsible for processing orders from a variety of customers, producing quotations and also sourcing and purchasing of organic oils and other natural ingredients. This requires a good understanding of the various ingredients so some industry knowledge would be desirable. Although the role is mainly office based, there could be occasional customer visits as required.
Some relevant industry knowledge or experience would be an advantage.
Strong administration skills and comfortable with IT.
Previous work experience in a sales, purchasing or procurement environment.
Must be well organised with excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
Customer focused at all times.
