Operational Lab Support

Starcross, Exeter

Full time, 37hr per week Mon – Fri

£10.42 per hour

Temporary contract - initially until 31st Dec 2023 with a view to extend. 

In the role you will assist in day to day activities (e.g deliveries, cleaning of laboratory glassware, waste collections, equipment checks, preparation/orders for sample bottles, sample disposal, admin, visitor reception duties) within the laboratory.

They are looking for someone with good communication skills, that works well with others as part of a team. You would need basic IT skills, and will be required to follow health and safety protocols & wear PPE. The role is more physical than scientific so no previous lab experience is required.

Usual start times are between 8am and 8:30am.

Successful candidate must complete a DBS check costing £18
