Customer Services Operations Support Role Job in Tyne and Wear

Essentially it is an Adminstration role using SAP and Excel with the need to be able to communicate with External Customers (in this case large clients such as Supermarkets and Pharmacies).

The role is for 12 months on a temporary basis. Hybrid working is available. You need to be available to start within 2 weeks of an offer.

Customer Service Operations

As CSO, you will provide a key interface between the Company and our key External Customers, being a member of a multi-skilled team responsible for resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales. They are a key influencer in Customer’s Satisfaction of P&G’s service. OM Analysts have total accountability their key results and have an active role in helping deliver some results owned by other organisations. OM Analysts also help ensure successful delivery of new initiatives, large promotions and logistical projects.

Must Have Skills:

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

Basic Knowledge of SAP

MS Teams

Customer Service Knowledge

Communication Skills
