Customer Services Coordinator in Warwickshire
An opportunity has arisen for 2 Customer Services Coordinators at a chemical testing company. Your job would involve managing the customer base, processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Monday – Friday Position, 37 hours a week with a starting salary of £17,500 rising to £18,000 after probationary period.
You will need to be proactive with the customers, respond to their enquiries in a timely manner as well as monitoring sample progression through the laboratories to ensure requirements are met.
